In our Culinary Arts program, students learn the theory, practice and art of cooking, which can be applied to a broad range of career paths.

We are a government-certified hotel management institute and we are also Affiliated by CTEVT (Nepal).

International Certificate in Food Preparation & Cooking (Level 1)

This course enable the students to acquire the mandatory skill and knowledge to cope in such a challenging industry.

International Diploma In Food Preparation & Culinary Arts (Level 2)

It is a job-oriented course which will make students a highly skillful individual in the field of cooking.

International Advanced Diploma In Food Preparation & Cookery Supervision(Level 3)

This course is aimed for experienced individuals those who are cooking for certificate for getting a higher position in industry.

Basic Courses

Barista [20 days]

It offers hands-on training based on real store experience gathering with a focus on Espresso based drink making. Most of the learning from this course is practical which helps to implement the knowledge in the future.

Indian Special [1 month]

Indian cuisines are popular all over the world for its diverse recipes. The famous spices used in Indian cuisines hold medicinal characteristics making the food healthier and tastier.

Bakery Specials [1 month]

Refine your baking skills with our bakery special course for one month wherein you’ll receive high quality training in all aspects of the baking process and learn everything about baking, raw materials and the latest baking technologies and equipment.

Waiter/Waitress [2 months]

The rise in new hotels, restaurant, café, bar, night clubs, pizzerias etc. have increased the waiter/ waitress employment. If you enjoy customer service job than come and join our two month course of waiter/ waitress.

Bar Tender [1 month]

Bartender mix and serve drinks. It is awesome to see bar tender do mixing and juggling and it is even more awesome if you be the one. Isn’t it? Since bartenders are in-demands in the evenings, over the weekends or during special events...

Commercial Cooking [3 months]

This is one of the best developing field in all over the world. When the food production is done on a large scale with an intend to sell them to general public it is termed as commercial cooking.
